Turn Around Time
All Atelier N Jewelery pieces in the online store are one-of-a-kind, but ready to ship upon your request. If you would like a bespoke piece - one that is unique and made especially for you - please consult for specific turnaround times. It will usually take between 6 - 8 weeks. If you need a piece before a specific date, please contact us before ordering to ensure this will be possible and avoid any disappointment. Every effort will be made to have your piece to you as quickly as possible. Please note that turnaround times are an approximate guide and are subject to change or delay.
All payments on ateliern.co are processed via our secure payment gateway, Stripe. Payments can also be made through Paypal if preferred.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Express mail with insurance included at one flat-rate cost of $35.00.
We are currently only offering shipping within the continental United States, but please contact us for further consultation.
We will answer any questions you have prior to sale since all items sold are non-refundable.
Atelier N covers the cost of reasonable repairs under normal wear for the first six months after purchase; unless a piece shows signs of improper care, or is damaged in a way resulting from something other than normal wear. After the first six months, we will repair the piece at a cost evaluated on a case-by-case basis given prior to performing the repair. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note that if any other jeweler undertakes work on one of our pieces, including resizing or repairs, this warranty will be voided. We strongly recommend returning your item to us for repairs and resizing, we will only stand by work performed by our jewelers.
Please contact us prior to shipping us your piece and obtain an RA #. We will only accept packages with your RA # clearly written on the outside. Please ensure that all of your details, including your order number and return address are included. If you are shipping a piece for resizing, please ensure the new size is included and has been accurately measured.

We recommend using a courier service that offers full insurance to ship your piece. Please ensure the shipment requires a signature on delivery and the piece is adequately packed and padded. Please refrain from writing the words “Jewelry or Jewelers” on the outside of the package. We will not accept any liability if the piece is damaged in transit due to poor packaging, or shipped without prior approval.
We will contact you once we have received your piece, to quote any cost involved and give you an estimated turnaround time.
